Benefit Consultant Training is the successor to the former NAABC (National Association of Alternative Benefit Consultants) .  In 2016, we reorganized our structure of doing business so we could continue to focus on the educational services we provided.  Doing this restructuring allows us to expand the services we offer our members.  Therefore BCT was formed to replace NAABC.  

Our Education Compliance Director, Linda Hines, creates our CE courses and assists with communicating up to date news and webinar flashes to our members.  Linda has been working with us for over16 years.  Linda has been an industry leader working with brokers and clients to create consumer driven plans which create cost effective plan designs that reduce fixed costs to employers and reducing out of pocket costs for their employees.

Harv Randecker, our originator and back bone of the organization is still working hard with BCT to maintain connections with our members.  Harv has several years of experience managing the CE credits issued to members and keeping them up to date with their renewals.
